Quality Honey: Opt for pure, unadulterated, and locally sourced
Decorative Jars
Measuring Cup/Pitcher
Decorations: You can use any decor of your choice. We used jute cloth, jute twine, and printed tags
Helpful Tools: Heat gun (alternative - hair dryer) for sealing purposes and one-hole puncher (alternative - pin and eraser)
Prepare your materials and sterilize your glass jars.
Transfer honey to the glass jar. We usually use a big jar with a faucet. But you can also use a measuring cup or a pitcher instead.
Seal your jar using a heat gun. You can also use a hair dryer as an alternative
Punch a hole into your tags using a one-hole puncher.
If you do not have an appropriate-sized puncher, you can use a needle, pin, or the end of the paperclip to punch a hole. Tip: use an eraser to act as a cushion to prevent your tag from wrinkling.
Decorate! The beauty of DIY is you can customize the decorations to fit your aesthetics. As for us, we opted for a honey dipper and jute cloth.
